Thanks for choosing Cheerful Cheeks! Before we continue, please read the terms of service carefully. Cheerful Cheeks will only provide diaper services up acceptance of all the terms of service. If you do not agree to ALL of the terms of service, we will not be able to provide you with cloth diapers.

Delivery and Diaper Quantity
Cheerful Cheeks is a flat rate diaper service that provides unlimited cloth diapers (within reason as determined by Cheerful Cheeks). Included in service at no extra cost are absorbent liners, wipes, a diaper pail and two cloth bags. Delivery/pick up are free. The cost of service will remain the same regardless of diaper size, quantity, or location within our service area. Diapers are unlimited for one child; if two children are using diapers in the same household we will bill accordingly. Diapers are delivered once weekly on an assigned day based on location within our service area. Diapers must be out and ready for pick up by 10:00am and all pick ups will be completed by 6:00pm. Please have your diapers out by that time or you might end up missing your diaper pick up for that week. If you forget to put your bag out for pick up, Cheerful Cheeks will still leave clean diapers for you. If you forget to put your bag out on two or more consecutive weeks, Cheerful Cheeks will not leave additional diapers until the soiled diapers are returned, and you will still be billed for these weeks. If any diapers are damaged as a result of being left soiled for multiple weeks, you will be billed $5 for each diaper. Cheerful Cheeks charges $5 for extra pickups/deliveries that are outside of your regularly scheduled delivery day. If you run out of diapers before your delivery day due to a packing error, counting error, or unexpected spike in diaper use, Cheerful Cheeks will deliver additional diapers free of charge within 24 hours. Cheerful Cheeks delivers on all holidays except Christmas and New Years. If your delivery day falls on one of these days, your delivery day will be moved to accommodate. Our office is closed on all statutory holidays.

Billing and Payment Options
CHEERFUL CHEEKS REQUIRES AN INITIAL 4 WEEK COMMITMENT. The first 4 weeks (28 days) of service are to be paid in full up front and are not refundable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Cash, Paypal, and Interact Email Money Transfer. You will be billed within three (3) days of the first day of each month. If invoices are requested, they will be emailed prior to billing. You will occasionally be invoiced for five (5) weeks to reflect the accumulation of extra days on the end of each month. NSF Cheques are subject to a $30 fee.

Vacation, Cancellation, and Refunds
Cheerful Cheeks requires 72 hours notice for vacations. Giving proper notice ensures you will not be billed during your vacation. If you are going on vacation and fail to give appropriate notice, you will be billed for the week. Cheerful Cheeks encourages you to use our diapers during your vacation, and we will provide extra bags and diapers to facilitate this if required. If you will not be using Cheerful Cheeks diapers during your vacation, all soiled diapers must be returned on your delivery day or prior to leaving on vacation. Vacations of three (3) or more weeks are deemed a cancellation and the cancellation terms outlined below apply. Credit for your vacation appears on your account after you return, not prior.

Cheerful Cheeks requires seven (7) days notice prior to cancellation of services. Upon cancellation of services, you must return all Cheerful Cheeks products. If you do not return all cheerful cheeks products on your final pick up day, you will be billed for any missing diapers ($5), bags ($10), pails ($20), or covers ($10). We will contact you if we find any items missing. Upon cancellation of service (EXCLUDING THE SIX (6) MONTH PREPAMENT PLAN), you will be refunded for any weeks that you have paid for and not used beyond the initial first four (4) weeks of service.

We reserve the right to cancel service to any person who we find to be abusing our products or consistently violating our terms of service.

PREPAYMENT AND OTHER DISCOUNTS
A discount of 10% off the weekly rate before taxes and two (2) free weeks is offered on services if you prepay for a period of 6 months. If you choose to terminate your service before the 6 month prepayment period is over, you will be refunded for the weeks that remain unused BEYOND THE FIRST FOUR (4) WEEKS that make up the initial service commitment. The weeks that you have used are calculated at the regular rate, and NOT at the 10% discounted rate. Additionally, early cancellation/admin fee of 4% applies to the remainder of the amount refunded upon early cancellation of the 6 month prepayment plan.

We offer a 60% discount on the cost of service for each additional child living in the same household using our service.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Do not put anything except Cheerful Cheeks wipes, diapers and liners into the pail. If you put anything into the pail that is not a Cheerful Cheeks diaper, wipe or liner, we cannot guarantee that it will be found or returned in good condition.

Do not rinse or soak Cheerful Cheeks diapers. This is not necessary, and can encourage mold and mildew. If you need to remove solid waste to the toilet, please ask about our flushable liners.

Do not use fish oil or zinc based creams with Cheerful Cheeks Diapers as this increases staining and prevents proper sanitization of the diapers.

Do not return Cheerful Cheeks diaper cover rentals in the bag of soiled diapers. Diaper covers must be returned in a separate bag to prevent the fabric from degrading. If they are returned mixed in with the soiled diapers and then found to be unusable, you will be billed $10.
